Capabilities

From flat stock to finished part

Every step of a sheet metal job happens in our Crossville shop. Fewer handoffs means tighter tolerances, shorter lead times, and one team accountable for the result.

01 · Cut

Fiber laser cutting

CNC fiber lasers cut steel, stainless, and aluminum fast and clean, holding ±.008". That precision carries through to forming, where accurate blanks mean accurate bends.

02 · Form

CNC press brake forming

Offline programming lets us sequence complex multi-bend parts before they reach the brake, so setups are fast and the hundredth part matches the first.

03 · Coat

In-house powdercoating

Our large-format booth takes everything from small brackets to full structural assemblies. Coating in-house keeps your parts in one shop from cut to finish, with no trucking to an outside coater.
